If you wish to change terrain definitions (i.e., add forts) you'll need to figure out what each of these columns mean and change them accordingly for the desired hex. If I had those definitions I'd give them to you but I haven't gone through and figured that out yet. No. Well, not without significant recoding of the game engine, which is way beyond the scope of our team.
