And it is very close indeed

I have an absolute deadline of close of play Sunday August 1 (GB time zone) to get the final draft to Richard for proof reading before it goes off to Slitherine.

Therefore, please scream loudly now if there are any major cock ups you have spotted - be they things missed out, somewhere I've misunderstood info you have posted, something odd in the lists, questions unanswered or whatever.

I'd just like to say here, so it is on the record so to speak, a massive thank you to Mike Kroon for all the work he has put into this book

I know that he disagrees, in some cases quite severely, with the decisions I have taken in respect to some of his suggestions for the lists, however, without his input I don't think we would have got this book finished within the time-scales we have to work with, and the lists would have been much worse.

So again many thanks to Mike, and a reminder that all the errors and cock-ups are mine (and Richard's )
