FoG R PC??

Post by Blathergut »

Has there been any discussion of this?

As someone who has only ever played ancient, I find myself interested in trying out the upcoming FoG R, but truly have no idea on army or such that I might like. And the painting challenge is daunting!

Being able to play it on the PC would greatly help with the transition. But I suppose it is eons off in the future.

I was wondering if they were going to look at sales first or go ahead and start on it shortly after the TT game releases. Hopefully someone from Slitherine can give us some idea of any plans they might have. I have been looking forward to the release of the TT rules and will be pre-ordering my own copy and 2 of the army list books.

I could be wrong but once you get away from the gaudy landschcedct era, I would think painting would be easier... No shields and heraldry to worry about (for the most part)

Too true the later era boys are mostly browns with some other colour pants and jackets, maybe metal armour but not necessarily so. I used to play DBR so still have that army kicking about and looking forward to getting them back out of their boxes and into the light of day. The flags are probably the most colourful part of the army.
