Barcelona Tournament 13-14th November - Christendom vs Islam
JAUME I 2010 Tournament
Date: 13-14 november 2010
Venue: Barcelona, "Cotxeres de Sants", c/Sants, 79 (opposite the Metro L5-L1 "Plaça de Sants" exit)
Rules: Fields of Glory. 800 point lists from the official army lists.
THEME: Christendom vs Islam 711-1492 AD
All lists must comply with the following rules:
1. Must be selected between 711 AD and 1492 AD.
2. They must represent a nation that was mainly Muslim or Christian. There is no requirement for them to have fought against the other faith.
Players will be split into faith-based pools and will only play against players from the other pool.
Points system is the standard one described in the rulebook. The winners of each pool will receive a prize.
Admission fee: 20€ if payed before 1st november and 30€ after that date. No new entries accepted after 7th november. All armies lists to be sent by the 8th november to: marcofdezfdez@gmail.com . In order to balance the pools we request that army lists be sent in ASAP.
Timing:
Saturday 09.00 - 12.30 - first game
13.30 - 17.00 - second game
17.30 - 21.00 - third game
Sunday 10.00 - 13.30 - fourth game.
14.00 - Prize giving
Lunch:
Saturday: sandwhichs and drinks supplied by the organizers.
Sunday: Any volunteers are welcome to join us at a nearby restaurant after the prize giving.
TERRAIN:
Terrain will be made available for players but they are welcome to use their own if it is of the correct size and their opponents agree to its use.

But they did and you can field a large army made up of mainly muslum merceneries, IIRC one BG of Noble Cavalry only the remainder Bow armoured Merceneries/slav Light foot.

Rather misses the bit in the comp description that says "They must represent a nation that was mainly Muslim or Christian." - the nation, not the army.

Nik is correct.
