Post something and then members will give you an answer, sometimes chiding that it "already has been covered"

Unfortunately there is no search function ...

No, unfortunaltley there is not.... fortunatley players and the developers are really helpfull and will be help you out on your mouse pointer issue (youll have to wait a while though as its like 2 am in Britain)

I have not heard of any one having issue w Windows 7 Have you updated to 1.31 (need to hit the update twice within the game engine, I believe after patching up to 1.28 ) ??

We had to disable the search function because unscrupulous spiders would hammer the server, and it's down while we add in something to prevent them from being able to do so.

This is an example of how to search for information about "poor" troops. The results seem to cover other forums besides just this one so may get you more than would be ideal. I find that I also need to go to the cached results of the search rather than directly to the slitherine forums if the search returned a result that isn't very recent since it usually just points to whatever page of posts that was the current one when it found the result.
