Later Spartan 369BC-368BC , have a compulsory purchase of Syracuse supplied 2 Spanish foot & 2 Gallic foot is that correct or is it a bug?

and have I posted this in the correct topic?...

It seems correct. The little blurb at the start mentions in this version the Syracusans have sent some aid to Sparta in its war against Thebes.
