winning conditions

Hi..I opened up a multiplayer game on my turn and the other guy had 48/47 break points while I had 38/43. Why haven't I won?

Did you loot his camp on his turn? For some reason this does not take effect till the following turn, so it does not end the game if it tips the victory conditions over.

Yes I did loot his camp so that must be it. Is that a bug or part of the game design?

You would have to ask the PC designers. I suspect a bug, as I cannot see any benefit in the present situation.
