The mails are auto generated by the DR system. Its taking ages to get the files inserted in there and we had a technical issue so had to push the time back till later today. We're hoping it will all be ok to go today but each time we adjust the tmie it sends you a mail.... Sorry guys!

Just come back from a few days away and despite being offered the beta test and getting the email about going back to 1.2.8 I don't know how to download the game. My order number is 9402394215. Could this be chased up please?

Sorry what is the issue?

Your e-mail will detail how to download the game. To update to v1.3.1 just use the Check for Updates button from in game.

The email says;

thanks for ordering Immortal Fire. If you participated in the Beta process you will need to revert your game to v1.2.8 before installing Immortal Fire.

If you did not keep a copy of the patch you can download it again from http://www.slitherine.com/news/item294

Immortal Fire will take you through the update process to v1.3.0 or you can update yourself using the in game updater.

I was expecting a link like I've had before. If I go to the Slitherine website to download it, it's another pack I'd be paying for.

I've been through my deleted items & junk mail and the only emails are for earlier packs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All you do is install 1.2.8 and then run the in game updater from the main menu.

Immortal Fire is downloaded as normal from Digital River. You can log in to www.findmyorder.com if you don't have the mail from DR.
