Serial number error

I just tried to login Multiplayer and I am getting a Serial number non-existent (Error 3) and bumping out.

I have all of the packs loaded including the new Immortal Fire Beta.

Any ideas to fix this?

Please see the beta forum - its because you have used a different username in the forum & in the game. You'll need to tell us the two usernames so we can fix it.

OK, I re-registered my serial number then the program installed the newest 2.10 patch and now all of my multiplayer games and challenges have disappeared! Is this a system thing or did I screw something up?

If you are in the beta, then you can only play beta games, so won't see your old games.

Can I uninstall the beta as my Lost Campaign co-players are going to be a little pissed with me

Yes, you jzust need to install the 1.2.8 patch over the top.

Great, so I uninstall the beta then repatch with 1.2.8?

You cant uninstall the beta - just apply the patch over the top.

Worked fine!

If I re-loaded my original FOG version on my other computer (so I could run the IF beta) the 1.2.8 patch would bring everything up to date (like the the old FOG map patch, etc) I assume?

Yes should do - update to 1.2.8 then apply the IF beta.
