Greco-Bactrian and Indo-Greek required pikes

It should be possible to run both these armies without any Phalanx as in the TT Immortal Fire list. The Phalanx should only be required if any foot are used (or whatever the requirement is in the TT list).

The current image used for the Greek lancers in this list look less "Greek" than the image used for the Iranian lancers. I think they should be switched or another image found for the Greek lancers from those used for one of the Successor lists. (The current Greek lancer image is the same one as used for Bosporan cavalry horse archers and doesn't look either Greek or as if it was armed with a kontos/lance.)
