update: my turn eventually got sent, but only after trying litterally dozens of times.

I don't know if I should start to play my other battle or not. I guess I'll try and see what happens...

I don't want to nag, but the current system also makes it almost impossible (lots of times, for me at least) to send a turn, or even post here in a normal way.

I think (might be wrong) this game has a rather mature audience that has better things to do with their lives than figuring out ways to cheat in a 'niche' MP game.

So maybe the save option should at least be considered. The few cheaters that might pop up would quickly be identified by the community anyway I guess.

Besides (playing devil's advocate here) with the current situation one (with absolutely no life and too much time on his hands) might also cheat:

the moment you notice your turn won't send, you do your turn again. You keep doing this until you get a result that is 'satisfying'.

From then on, you keep 'Retrying' to send, until after 2, 10, or a 100 times or whatever your turn is eventually sent.

The latter I have to do anyway, except I lack the lameness factor and patience to keep doing the turn again until the result is 'satisfying'.

We know people have been trying to cheat. We've seen posts to that effect. We need to ensure we don't open the door to something that could kill the community.

We definitely need to work out why you can't connect. We'll see if we can create a tool that gives us more info on the problem.

update: I have now tried literally 100-200 times (if not more) to send my last turn.
I'll try again later but will leave the game open as I loathe having to do the turn again...

another update: I was able to send two turns just now, but had to click 'Retry' a few times to get each of them sent.
