FoG Mac - can't do multiplayer after having PC version

I bought the FoG Digital for PC when it was first released, and did some beta testing before that (all under a virtual machine on a Mac). At the time I was under the impression that there were no plans for a Mac version. Now the Mac version has been released, I found out that there was no way to transfer the serial numbers. So I bought it again.

Now I can't log on the multiplayer system because it says "User has one or more serials - Code 11."

I would like 2 things:

1. a way to transfer my license to the PC version to a friend who actually has a PC
2. a way I can log on to the multiplayer system with my original user and password.

PS: your forum post table is not very clear. The subject line blends into the borders of the table cells and is very easy to miss. You can't enter that many characters anyway, so it would be clearer to shorten the width of the text field.

You need to use your original pc serial on your Mac as you have linked that serial to your account. See instructions on how to uninstall and try again.
