Lost CD

Hi

Sorry - I know this is stupid but I changed PC and I can't find my Rise of Rome disk anywhere. I have the email with the key etc - but just can't find the disk. Is there any process that would allow me to download again?

If you go to www.findmyorder.com it will let you download if you purchased the extended download service. If not it will let you buy it for a few dollars and then download.

When I go to that site I can see another game that I bought but not Rise of Rome - although I have the original email confirming purchase from Slitherine.
Can you give any more details on how I can re-download?

You need to enter the details you used when ordering Rise of Rome. You must have used different details to purchase these 2 games if they don't both show up here. Can you try again.
