Field of Glory for PC--Portable to new computer?

I have previously purchased Field of GLory PC via download. I have bought a new computer, but cannot seem to move the files to my new computer. Is this possible or can I re-download it using the codes and serial number that I got with the first download?

You have posted this on the board covering the tabletop Renaissance rules. I doubt if the PC techies look here.
