Swordsman Melee POA

According to the POA chart in the back of the rulebook SSw loose their melee POA versus mounted Sw or SSw. Sw do not loose their POA versus mounted Sw. Is this correct?

They do lose it...or...both SW cancel each other out. SSW get a bonnus against SW but not mounted ones.

SW cancels out SW if on foot or mounted so both lose the POA
Skilled SW is cancelled by mounted SW so loses the POA versus mounted. Mounted do not get their SW POA versus skilled sword so evens out that way.
