25mm Fighting Irish

I'd very much like to get my hands on a 25mm-28mm militant leprechaun figure a la Notre Dame's famous symbol. Does anybody have any information/ideas on who might make such a thing?

Alternative Armies Flintloque figures are fantasy-orientated pseudo-Napoleonic in 25/28mm. The meta-Irish are Bog Orcs, not quite right for stereotypical Irish fairies, but the Catalunian Dark Elves might do you.
