Early Medieval Irish Query

Didn't know whether this was the best place in the forum for this, but, anyway...

In the Early Medieval Irish list (Oath of Fealty) it states in the list notes that minima marked * only apply if any Anglo-Norman troops are used.

Nothing seems to be marked with a *?

Any official guidance please?

Two points:

1. Looks like the list note is an error - IMO ignore it.

2. Clearly Hammy's fault it is there.

Since I had my list-checking hat on I thought I'd better check as there is nothing in the official errata.

Clearly any finger pointing should start and end at Hammy

Should it not now be in the FAQ, in response to 'this list seems to be wrong, whose fault is it?', answer "Hammy's"?
