if we both broke on same turn..isn't this a draw instead of a win? (I assume you reached break point before me:)

I believe that is correct , it should be a draw.

As an aside my invasion of another country (Rhome) is not noted on the map, but the six invasions of New Englandia are (1 was repulsed) are noted on the map.
