Grand Strategy: Can not attack my destroyers to submarines

With the CS led to the Allies, I can not attack with my destroyers to submarines in the Atlantic, this is normal?

Well, in GS you can't attack sub with ship (including carrier) after this ship moves.

Naval surface ships may attack visible adjacent subs. You either attack or move, not move then attack.

The exception being when a naval unit move bumps into a previously concealed sub. Then a combat will occur, normally at a detriment to the moving unit, although later on the war when the Allies have high ASW values the u-boats will suffer heavily. So you can screen for subs with destroyers by sweeping them across certain parts of the sea.

Sorry for my English is very basic.

I was confused that in a game I have played as AXIS allowed me to attack an Alied submarine in the Mediterranean.

A great job completed in this mod, we see that is done by people who like this game.
