Best 15mm Ottoman Turks

Post by lonehorseman »

Hi there

ATM looking at Essex, they beat Museum on size for me and Old Glory because the Essex horses for the Sipahis and Serbs have barding or armour (Its pretty :) ).

Anyone know of better 15mm Ottomans?

Cheers

Donnington are worth a look. They have some interesting stuff, bit of a different sculpting style than Essex. I like hte fact that you can easily mix in some officer and standard bearers.

Old Glory. By far the best, IMO.

No doubt: LEGIO HEROICA

Mi advice is also to check Napoleonic Ottomans for Cv's from AB, they are great.

I'd second the recommendation for Legio Heroica. Amazing.

I just saw the Legio Heroica, very nice but probably not quite a complete range to do the army.

completely agree. In fact for MF Jannissery (with bow) I prefer Essex ones. For Serbian Kn's also Essex

As I live in South Africa I cannot afford the postal costs of ordering from multiple suppliers, thus I have decided to go with Essex. Museum looks very good but there is something about their cavalry and knights I just do not like. Thanks guys
