General Question About AARs

Post by Morbio »

I assume that when someone does an AAR then an agreement is made with the opponent that they won't read the AAR?

In the two AAR's I have written up against Dan(historian), we agreed not to read each others report until the battle had been completed. As we have done turn by turn accounts it would be pretty unfair to read your opponents plans during the game.

cheers

In teh Commander Europe at War forum the AAR threads are usually titles "AAR name - playerX DO NOT READ", so players know not to look at threads their opponents are writing in. There is no way to stop cheating but it does not seem to have been a problem.
