Diplomacy

Post by kralle18 »

Hey.... I've played CoW for a while, but I get quite annoyed when i constantly get attacked...... the diplomacy part of the game sucks, It's not historical coorect that you can't make simple deals as alliance, no aggression or trade agreement..... and Its annoying when payin e.g. Makkan when your getting attacked constantly by you neighbors allthough they are fight several war meenwhile......... just thought I had to tell.

While i generally agree that the diplomacy in CoW is weak, sending diplomats is useful. Do you send diplomats?

Diplomats change the relationship with the nation and improve it every turn they are there. The better teh diplomat teh more the benefit. Keeping high quality diplomats with nations you want to remain friendly with can secure your borders. Putting them in to enemy territory however can get them chopped up in to little pieces!
