POA better armour bonus

I've played a few SoA games and even if my knights (mounted or not) have a Heavy Armour and my opponent is 'only' Armoured, I can't get any better armour POA bonus, making knights on par with any armoured infantry. Is it normal ?

You only get the POA if it is the Melee portion of combat, not the Impact portion...
If you are not getting it in Melee then it would be a bug

Yes I was talking about melee, not impact. And I suspect to be the same in my other SoA games.

If the opponents have a heavy weapon, does that not negate the superior armour bonus?

Your best bet would be to get a screenshot of the situation including the combat display at the bottom listing the factors. That would allow the bug to be addressed.

I've checked the rules and you are right. I'll have to rethink all my SoA armies then.
