Multiplayer says "Serial number not registered?!"

Multiplayer says "Serial number not registered?!"

When I click Multiplayer, it tries to connect and comes back with a message that says "Serial number not registered." What must I do now?

I bought FoG at Matrix and it is registered in the Members Area.
