Longbowmen with stakes in Swiss vs. Burgundians scenario

In the "Starter Army Battle: Swiss vs. Burgundians" scenario, the Burgundian Longbowmen are shown from the beginning of the battle as if they had deployed stakes. However, they can move with no restrictions and the stakes can not be packed. I suspect it's just a unit image error.
