CoM Mac bug?

Just installed CoM on my Mac (digital download from Freeverse). Suddenly, campaigns yield no fame or dinari for success!
Also, the "new campaign" screen has three extra images (one each for Celt, Roman, and Latin) with "x" for the name and "149" when I click on it. The "x" Latin tutorial gets to "select th Miltia" - but there's nothing to select. If I try to continue with just my general, it freezes on the opening shot of the battle description, and I have to force-quit to get out.

Is there a Mac patch I'm missing, maybe?

UPDATE:
Silly Me. I re-installed the "Compatability Update" that was originally provided for the base game - which also Finally brought up the registration prompt when I re-started the game - and everything seems fine!

It may be worth leaving this post up for any other Mac users who come across this problem...

Glad you found what the problem was as I had no idea!

On the PC version it prevents you installing any Arena updates over the top of CoM, but maybe the MAC installer does not? Basically - once you've got CoM installed you don't need any updates, as it includes everything you could possibly need!

This patch is for Mac users on 10.3.9 ("Panther") - I know its available at the freeverse site. My guess is that "Tiger" users (10.4) probably won't have these problems.
