Changing Scenario Names

Is there any way of changing a scenario name after it has been created? I have just made a new scenario and wanted to change the title/name I know I can do this in the scenario editor, but the old name comes up on the UI during the game, any way around this?

You can manually edit the .fosfg (or something like that) files in the scenario data folder.

Rather off-topic, but what xml editor do you use? I have not found a free and reliable one for windows (not that I have searched too much, though...)

I am using xml notepad 2007 its a free download and I am using it on windows 7. Not used many of these so not sure if its a good one or not, but it is very easy to use and does the job.
