Scots Isles date range

The date range for the Later Scots Isles and Highlands is falsely 1291-1355.

It should be 1300-1493 (TT companion pg. 27)

Also, Highlander/Isles commanders can only be grouped with Offensive Spear Islemen, not with Hvy Weapon Islesmen. As the commander dialogue shows only "islemen" as option this is sub-optimal and forces players to include at least 1 Off Spear unit

The date is 1300-1493 and I cannot find an error.

The choice of commander options is deliberate.
