It is not that simple unfortunately - they are generated by the server so we dont have the contents of the mail to send. I'm afraid you'll need to wait until the next beta update and we'll see if you can receive that one.

But Iain you MUST be able to generate a new one if one hasnt got to its recipient through no fault of their own ? Having to wait for a new beta test is hardly fair to any customer who doesnt get the first e-mail - suppose it was the ACTUAL final version do we then have to wait until a patch is released - surely not ? Can Slitherine certify categorically that it was DEFINETELY sent to me - and if so then surely the original serial number must also be available ? If not then surely a new one can be issued as a new process ?

I suggest Slitherine check how your server is sending out these e-mails as I see I am not alone by a long way in having received nothing from Slitherine for the Beta test. Most of those who have no e-mail have checked and its not in their spam folders either. I fail to believe that EVERY ISP that it hasnt arrived at are blockibg just slitherine e-mails as spam, especially as I for one have received other circulars from slitherine via e-mail.

We'll send new mails out this afternoon so check for them then. Anyone who pre-ordered will be included. If your pre-order did nto complete then you wont be on the list. We've got no way to match up forum usernames with pre-order details so we can only send out the mails to the people who DR tell us have pre-ordered. If for whatever reason you are not on that list you wont get the mail. You can use www.findmyorder.com to look up your order details and check your pre-order went through ok.

HOPEFULLY it will get sent to me this time as it wasnt first time round thats for sure.

My order at Digital River DID complete back on March 10th, is safely there, I have an order number and a confirmation of the order - but no e-mail on the first beta ever got to me and wasnt in my spam boxes either.

I can happily send you the order number and e-mail address for you to cross check if the system is indeed working properly if you wish ?

I still have not received an email about the Beta. I noticed from other posts that others who ordered around the same time that I did, mid-March, had not received an email either. I checked the digitalriver link that I received with my order confirmation email and my order was there.

I've just ordered FoG, RoR and pre-ordered SoA, all digital editions.

How can I get SoA's beta? There was no link or anything regarding its beta in the order email. Also, I haven't got any serial for SoA's preoder in the order email.

Unfortunately you needed to preorder SOA before April 1st (I think) to be eligible for the beta version. However it should be out as a full version very soon.
