Order Issue

I preordered Storm of Arrows PC on March 13 and received an order confirmation. When I clicked on the link "findmyorder" my order could not be found. I missed out on receiving the SOA beta version and know am concerned about not receiving the final version when released. I have records of my credit card being charged for this also.

I found my order on the "findmyorder" link, but no email address was listed.
