Older Order Issue

Hi there

I just want to know if I have blown it! I bought CNAW in June 2009 and then had a PC meltdown in the Autumn. Tried to go back to the original order but it had expired (order number 8659808213). Not bought the extended download service (never looked at it when ordered) so out of the 30 days limit it seems - so all I want to do is check that I have now lost the game and it can not now be recovered.

Is there anything else I can do?
