I remember from my visits in the UK that everybody loves betting on results on strange sports (like cricket)
Are there already some bets placed for the results of the IWF in Athens?

IIRC correctly the excuse for not finding the venue at the Europeans in Roma last year was setting his alarm clock to the wrong time-zone...

Actually against light horse and shooty cavalry they aren't that bad. It will be interesting to see how they fare.

Simply ignore his ranting, he is just bitter that he can't get to the good seats in a cinema anymore as the way up there is to long and steep for him.
