The Birmingham Bunnies are proud to announce the 10th Annual Henry Brewer - Gus Sailors Memorial Ancients Tournament, April 17- April 18th, 2010. Make your plans to attend. Arrangements can be made to pick you up if you are flying into Birmingham.
We will do something fun Friday evening, either drinking, eating, or drinking pushing lead, or both....
4 Round, Open Tournament, 1 List 800 AP. Books will be those in print and readily available in the US by March 17, 2010. Readily means available at retail stores, not early release on Osprey or Amazon. I may request you send me the page from the book you drew the list from if I do not own the book.
3 Rounds Saturday, 1 Sunday morning. Registration from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and first round starts at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. We usually have lunch brought in and a short dinner so the current plan is to have the second round start at 2:00 pm and the third round start at 7:00 p.m. The fourth round starts at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday so everyone can get out. Early starts are allowed if both players agree. 3 hr 45 minutes +3d6 minutes random time. When time is up we will finish the phase.
Lee Cleveland will referee. Lists will be due to Lee for checking by noon April 14 at leecleveland@hotmail.com
All lists submitted on time will be checked and any errors corrected prior to April 16, by email if possible. Late lists may not get checked in time and if you are playing with an incorrect list you will get a 0 score for any round(s) your list was wrong. Additionally you may not have the correct figures to correct a late list on Saturday. It is your responsibility to check the lists before sending them in. List not submitted by noon April 14 and brought to the tournament at registration will be passed around for everyone or anyone not busy to check.
The entry fee is $30.00 with a $5.00 discount if you are a NASAMW or HMGS member (either counts but both is still only $5.00 off).
Venue is the Park Inn Birmingham located at 7901 Crestwood Blvd., Birmingham, AL 35210. For reservations, call 1-800-285-9260. Rooms were running around $80 per night the last I checked.

I was going to post this on the Field of Glory website but could not find the link for putting in the tournament details. If you can send me the link, I will do so.
Thanks,
Christopher Anders
It is up on the FoG page now though.
