rumany oil

how i can use rumany oil with germany?, Must i invade rumany or when it'll allie me is sufficient?

When Romania joins the axis Germany will get the oil then. If you were to invade and capture the oil you would only get 50%. That is captured resources yield 50% of their value to the captor; however, resources from countries that join a faction yield 100%.
