Greek Ptolomaic problem

I have designed a 400 pt list, which includes 4 Xystophoroi. However, only one cavalry is available at deployment - which is a bit disappointing. It certainly make the game more of a challenge. I also note that the minimum xystophoroi is 2 but system will not let you have less than 3.

Can the problem be that your commanders units are xystophoroi?? These leaders units count each as one unit (so if you have 3 commanders the list will have a minimum of 3 such cavalry units).
You can use the commanders drop down menu to change what kind of unit they are attached to
