Anomaly: Bow*

Troops with Bow* capability should only get 2 dice when shooting - they are supposed to have less firepower than full Bow capability. At present Bow* Cavalry have 3 dice, the same as Bow.

At present Rhoxolani (Sarmatian) cavalry in the Pontic army, which have Bow* capability, shoot as if they have Bow capability, but are 1 point cheaper than if they did. Also, it is a principle of the FOG TT lists that no non-light troops get a full capability in all three of shooting, impact and melee - our view is that in practice (however they were equipped) no troops were that versatile in the real historical world.

Well I think they would still be pretty good value even with only 2 shooting dice.

Unfortunately this didn't seem enough to help my Pontics against your Bosporans. I thought I noticed this was the case but hadn't re-checked it yet.
