How can I see if a challenge has LoS/FoW enabled?

Post by Epicouros »

As in the title.

I like the 'Line of Sight' feature, so I'm more inclined to respond to challenges that use the 'Fog of War' rules.
However, there's no way (as far as I know) of seeing this.

Please enlighten me if it turns out I'm partially blind. If not, it would be a nice feature.

Oh and congrats on getting the nullpointer bug fixed so soon, together with adding FoW!

Edit: this should probably have been posted in the general forum. My bad...

I would love to play with FOW, but, being an incompetent fool, I am addicted to trying out moves and taking them back if they look disastrous or are out of shooting range. However, I do understand why take-back cannot be combined with FOW.

So I will be avoiding challenges with FOW until my skill improves. (If ever).

Are you allowed to do that on the TT?

As long as you mark their starting position yes. But it is easier to judge shooting distances and angles of fire in TT - you are allowed to premeasure. The hex map confuses me re line of fire.
