Errors killing game for me

I've now lost 9 MP games (including 6 in the last couple of days) to various errors, some of which were supposedly fixed in the last patch. Besides the fact that its very frustrating to spend all this time on games that go nowhere, I've got a bunch of dead games cluttering up my MP screen.

At this rate, within a week or so my entire folder will be full of dead games, and I won't be able to play anymore, although I'm not sure that I'll want to...

What's the prognosis for getting these things fixed?

I've had no probs other than that one game with you. Couldn't be anything at your end? Maybe connection or such? I had one day here where internet kept flicking out for a moment or two and then coming back. If the game was sending or receiving then it would have muddled it all up.

If you could post the details of any crash messages from the game that really helps then we can fix any issues for everyone. Many thanks Keith

Here is the link to the thread where I reported the problem, along with the error messages. Usually it is a "not enough data" message, sometimes it is a "network connection error":

This is in addition to the nullpointer error (or whatever its called), which I've only had once.

If no one else is having problems, the issue could well be on my end, although I'm not sure what it could be...my internet connection is generally fine, and my firewall (zonealarm) seems to be comfortable with FoG. Many MP games work fine through the end, but as stated in my original post, many games (1/3-1/2?) get errors and have to be abandoned.

If you need to know which games are involved, please let me know (basically all of the MP games more than a day or two old).

Lost yet another MP game, my ninth, although my opponent didn't specify what error message he got. At this point probably half of my MP games end up with an error and unfinishable. And, as described in another thread, in many other games I'm playing with an army other than what I tried to choose. All in all, very very frustrating.
