Rise of Rome Scrollbars disappear

From the New Game, then selecting Digital Army Generator Game, then going back to Historical Game, the scrollbars disappear in the New Game scenario box. I can still scroll the scenario list with the mouse scroll wheel, but the scrollbars go away. Exiting the game and coming back restores them.
