"Sorry could not attack" and "Sorry could not

I am in the middle of a MP with Hoplite1963. 650pt DAG game (T1). Turn 11 Gallic. Game started 11 March.

Depending on what BG I access I am getting the following pop-up messages:

Sorry could not attack. Units that are persuing cannot attack or

Sorry could not move. A BG must attack first:Warrior

A common feature when looking to attack is that the red/green percentage markers both show 0.

I think this was triggered when a BG of Gallic warriors was moved to attack a Bg of Seleucid Pike. The red/green indicator showed up as 0/0, which puzzled me but I went for the attack anyway. In doing so, the Warrior also move adjacent to a routing Seleucid BG at the same time. This brought up the can't attack message. After that nothing could be moved or targetted for attack - all possible attacks showed 0/0, as above. This didn't show up in the console.

I don't know how to access the debug log.

EDIT

OK. Going back to the game and reloading it, without replay, frees everything up, so it can continue. But there is obviously something wrong for that to happen in the first place.
