Chariots Shooting

Just Wondering, up to how many ranks can Chariots shoot in? The rule book states one dice ber bases, not how many ranks the chariots can be in

Yeah, but isn't that for overhead shooting only? What about normal shooting?

All shooting from more then the first rank is overhead shooting. 1st two bullets cover normal shooting while the 3rd bullet covers shooting from higher ground.
