Problem With FOG Serial Number During 1.03 Update

When I go to enter my serial number when applying the 1.03 update I get an error message saying my serial number is "invalid". I purchased FOG - on Sunday - 11/29/09 order # ************. I received my serial number
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3819 and installed the game - no problem. What's going on? My customer information is:

If you have a serial number issue it is almost certainly because you are trying to apply a Matrix patch to a game you bought from Slitherine. Make sure you ise the correct patch.
