Swiss mercenaries - when do they stop being Determined Foot?

Post by rbodleyscott »

When should these change from Determined Foot to Heavy Foot?

This could impact

Italian Wars French
Italian Wars Venetian

they are Heavy Foot in

French Wars of Religion - Catholic
French Wars of Religion - Huguenot
Early Eighty Years War Dutch

I'm not sure there is anything that you could base an exact date on - so I decided that they are Determined Foot for the Italian Wars and Heavy Foot thereafter, hence the difference in the lists you note.

I'd also point out that it we made the cut-off earlier the Swiss section of the Italian Wars French list would be huge as it would double the exisiting number of lines
