1) Is there any reason why border horse are treated differently (datewise) in the Scottish list from the Border reiver list?

2) Should the Scottish army really be allowed to field 8 bases of artillery, all heavy? Maybe there should be sub-maxima for each weight.

Yup - the lists were written by different people quite some time apart :-)

Dates should onbviously be the same - use the Reiver ones.

Probably overdoing it - some sub-maxima would be good.
