The camp teleporting is a bug we've not been able to track down. Its hard torepeat so any clues people might have about it would be welcome.

've just had the same experience & posted a new topic in the Tech forum before I read this.

Wonder if I can loot it again & really annoy my opponent!

Nope. You can't loot it again or even move adjacent to it. I tried. There were two LH units trapped in the new camp. They could shoot at me but not move out so I lerft them alone.

Tofman, your anarchy units are looting the camp until they pass a CMT. This at least is working.

I too think 10% or even 15% is a better penalty for losing the camp than just 2 pts. But I usually do my best to defend the camp anyway just as a pint of honor! I don't thinik it should be an option though, just make it a rule.

I had 3 BG's looting & then on the next turn 2 were still in place & able to move but the 3rd & the camp had teleported.

They had been looting for 2-3 turns I think.

No idea if that helps Iain.

I guess if you looted it, it became yours - so seems to make perfect sense that your troops brought it back to their camp

Think of it as piles of women, new slaves and booty. The reason they were in Anarchy is that they were making friends with their new girlfriends  Now, given a choice of a quiet romantic meal or fighting and getting killed, then I know my preference :D Personally, I'm surprised they came back at all :!:

I think that 2 pts is kind of a joke, at least for large battles. But if you change it to 10% players should be able to place the camp, otherwise trying to defend it could put their army in a very awkward position, and any good commander would have avoided this by putting his camp in a more favorable position...

I can't see a historical justification for having it as more than 10% of break points or (I think better) 1% or thereabouts of army points.

You already can choose where to place your camp.
