TCP/IP turn end lockup

Playing TCIP/IP. when axis ends first turn, we just get an hourglass and game freezes. can anyone help with this?

1 possible reason - different tuning of game
2 possible reason - check up the "ping" ( possibly speed of reaction of connection bad)

if u try the GS mod thats not works in tcp/ip
vannila should works well
