Cannot Order RoR

This is frustrating, I am trying to buy RoR and your website will not accept my orders, it says to "confirm my information and try again" or something. I have used two different credit cards, both of which I use online all the time...

Sorry you are having problems. Where you based? Digital River has some silly rules about people in certain locations or e-mail addresses from hotmail etc. We cannot override them. How did you purchase the original game? If it was from Matrix, do whatever you did to buy from them, as they also use Digital River so what works there should work here.

If it does not work mail me your personal details (not cc info) and we'll get DR to track down the failed order and force it to work. The only downside is they are probably not at work now
