Did your download fail 12 times? I imagine you will need to send your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk so Iain can allow more downloads. But you will need to determine why it keeps failing, otherwise you'll run into the same issue again.

Sorry you are having problems. Please send us your order number at info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll investigate. Some anti virus programs rotate your IP address and fool the server in to thinking you have downloaded the game too many times. Some download managers also cause problems so turn them off before you try again.

From my experience , you have to limit your download manager to only single connection

As many download manager log in multiple connection to speed up transfer , you have to limit them to 1 or else the digital river will record that as too many download
