Yes, yes, I know
Preemption: I already know that my choices for the themes, especially the armored knights theme are flawed; even deeply flawed.
Some armies had to be in and some out; I had to exercise my judgment and discretion and this is what I decided upon. I am sorry that you do not like it.
Moving along: there is an opportunity for some enterprising soul to run a FoG tournament on Thursday, March 11. I cannot be there that day, and so will not be running anything. Volunteers are encouraged to contact me at juvenileshark@yahoo.com or by PM on this forum. Potential advantage: it is possible to get free admission to the convention by running an event.

No Nikephorian Byzantines from Decline and Fall? They have armored Knights.

While it might pain a lawyer to have to reverse his own precedent, it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to publish an update to include the Nikephorians, and some how I doubt anyone is going to be upset that you're allowing a killer list in at the last minute. As it happens, I was thinking about bringing Nikephorians in 25mm but obviously can't at this point unless you're willing to amend the list. I would note that the Nikephorians post 1041 are included in the out of book list for Oath of Fealty.babyshark wrote:The absence of Welsh is deliberate. There is no pain at all, depending upon the client and the litigation issues. As a prosecutor I have no clients, and therefore no one that I can bill for the process. It's nothing but pain for me.Skullzgrinda wrote:There is no pain at all, depending upon the client and the litigation issues. That option has been explored, and--after serious consideration--it has been determined that it will lead to suboptimal outcomes in all but the least important sets of circumstances. Instead, harm-reduction techniques will be employed, and assets shifted to reflect the new power structure. A substantial improvement in end-state results is expected, but only after a significant lag time is overcome. Further updates will be forthcoming in the near and medium-term future. That is all for now.Legionbuilder wrote:What a minute

Terrain for Cold Wars Doubles
A while back someone posted a question about terrain for the Doubles at Cold Wars, in particular, on the 8x5 tables we will use. The answer is that the terrain rules will be played the same as for any other tournament, with no changes.
There are two reasons for this. One is that it is sooooo much simpler this way, and that has a real value. The second is that one of the reasons for playing 1000 points on an 8x5 table is that it changes the settled dynamic from 800 point on a 6x4. Struggling to make the terrain proportions the same will undermine that difference.
