Code 1 error on upload?

Apologies if this has been addressed and answered already.

I have just had 'code 1 error' displayed at upload of two consecutive (but different) multiplayer games.
However games are now in my 'Opponents Turn' list.
To all appearamces games appear to have transferred to my opponent and be playable.

Anything I/you need to do regarding this?

Exactly what happened to me, two minutes ago. I have five more games going. Is it safe to continue?

MP with pantherboy. Agricola moves North 79AD, me as Romans, turn 6 uploaded but got the Code 1 error message.

I have had it several times - along with error 2. Had this since we started the League battles. I think it is the load on the servers. They need to upgrade it.

Well, Ive just got a turn back from the opponenet I was playing against when the error message displayed.
Seems it's safe to continue

We're testing here and all seems fine. Possibly a glitch in the connection to the server.

Thanks for the swift reply.
As an update; like Hidde the first of my two games has come back from my opponent with no problem, I have played and returned my next turn with no problem and no error message.
If it helps if I identify game and time let me know.
